What Does an Aim Trainer Measure?

Because the target is moving, Tracking mode should be treated as a different challenge. Do not compare a Tracking score directly with a Static score and assume the lower number always represents better aim.

This relationship is well known in human-computer interaction and motor-control research. Fitts' law describes how movement time tends to increase as a target becomes smaller or farther away.
That matters directly in an aim trainer.
A Large target gives you more room for error. You can move quickly without needing as much final correction.

For that reason, only compare scores recorded with the same target size.
What Is a Good Aim Trainer Score?

There is no single sensitivity that is best for everyone.
For progress tracking, keep your sensitivity consistent.
If you change mouse DPI, operating-system pointer settings, browser zoom, display scaling, or another major part of your setup, treat the next session as a new baseline rather than directly comparing it with older scores.
